Project Management
You’ll be given a Senior Project Manager who not only guides your build but also serves as your direct contact throughout construction. Communication with your PM is seamless with regular updates and progress reports. Any questions or concerns you have throughout the build are quickly addressed with a quick call or email to your go-to advocate.
Dedicated Build Team
Your build is assigned a consistent and dedicated team of construction professionals, led by Lotus Senior Management. Your team meets regularly to review your project in detail, assess progress, address issues, and leverage our combined expertise to streamline construction, maximize dollars, and avoid any potential delays.
